We're excited to welcome talented artisans, vintage curators, makers, collectors, and small businesses to our new Artisan Co-op.  

The co-op will be opening mid-September, and we are looking to fill most spots before we have our grand opening to the public.

This form helps us learn more about you, your business, and the products you create or sell. While submitting an application does not guarantee booth placement, it allows us to ensure we maintain a diverse and high-quality shopping experience for our customers.

Booth Details: all booths have a 6-month minimum lease, with month-to-month after that.  The first payment is due at acceptance and last month's rent due at move-in.

Booth Sizes: 

LIMITED 4' x 8' split space(only 4 available) for $125/mth

8' x 8' for $175/mth 

8' x 10' for $200/mth

*YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DISPLAYS, STANDS, AND DECOR WITHIN YOUR SPACE. NOTHING WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE SETTING UP OR BRINGING IN YOUR SPACE, WE WILL HAVE PEOPLE AVAILABLE TO DO THAT WHEN YOU MOVE IN.

• First and last month's rent are due upon acceptance.
